This is an excellent place to stay for taking advantage of Bryce and Zion National Parks. It is a small family run park that is grass sites and gravel roads. Sites are a little close together, but not to the point where you cannot put out your awning or slides ... or enjoy sitting outside. There was enough room for parking our towed vehicle beside our motorhome at our site. The hookups are conveniently located and worked without any problems. Strong water pressure so carry a pressure regulator. WiFi is excellent. Phone reception, not so much so. While we were there the family was busy working away at a number of improvements. They care for the park and guests making it a splendid place to stay. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Bauer's Canyon Ranch RV Park in a Motorhome.
Lovely out of the way park. Clean, spacious and quiet sites. Reasonable price. Wonderful owners. Mostly pull thru sites. Pet friendly. Lots of shade and grass. Good home base for Bryce and Zion parks. Easy drive to both and 100 miles from Grand Canyon.
We just happened upon this sweet gem. After 2 weeks in the desert this amazing little Oasis was a gift. With clean showers, laundromat, and grass tent sites... we were clean and slept like babies. The set up was perfect and the location was beautiful.
Great family park. Highly recommend. One stop in a 14 day, 5300 Mile road trip.
